Prime grade, film-free silicon substrates for your own processing: 50.8mm through 200mm, single- and double-side polished, P-type boron with <100> orientation, from below 0.005 up to 30 ohm-cm. These are the same substrates our own film production runs on, which is why lots ship in 1 to 2 days rather than on a lead time. Every lot is 25 wafers and ships with a Certificate of Conformance. Need thermal oxide, LPCVD silicon nitride, PECVD film or PVD metal on the same wafers? We deposit it in-house on the same lot at our ITAR-registered U.S. fab.
